Jesse E. Hamilton, III earned his J.D. Degree from Seton Hall University in  1994, his MBA from Long Island University in 1990 and his BA from Ithaca College in 1985. He also earned a Certificate from New York University in Estate & Gift Taxation and Planning as well as his New York State Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraisal License.  Mr. Hamiltion has spent his entire professional career helping others.  This includes twenty years assisting senior citizens, war veterans and new home owners.  Mr. Hamilton believes that in starting his own practice, he can be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.  This has allowed Mr. Hamilton the opportunity to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Mr. Hamilton is and has been active in a number of professional organizations including the Brooklyn Bar Association, New York City Department of Finance, Elected District Leader 43rd Assembly District since September 2006, DC 37 Union Member for over 20 years, President of Community School Board District 17 from 1996-2003, Vice President Community School Board 8, 77th & 71st Precinct Council Member, Civilian Police Academy Graduate, President of the Lincoln Civic Block Association, President of the Rosa Parks Independent Democratic Organization,  Member of Crown Heights North Landmark Association, Member of Prospect/Lefferts Gardens Neighborhood Association, Professfor of Borough of Manhattan Community College, and Katherine Gibbs College.  Jesse E.
